Kavitha Gopalsamy

Manual Osteopathic Therapist & Exercise Therapist
[Bachelor of Physiotherapy (India); Diploma in Manual Osteopathy (Canada)]

Kavitha is a dedicated healthcare professional and internationally trained Physiotherapist from India, currently pursuing her Physiotherapy license in Canada. With a solid background in movement science and manual therapy, she brings a holistic approach to care by blending her expertise in both Manual Osteopathy and Exercise Therapy.
As a compassionate Manual Osteopathic Therapist, Kavitha focuses on restoring balance, relieving pain, and improving mobility through hands-on techniques tailored to each individual’s needs. She is trained in structural, cranial, visceral, and fascial techniques and is committed to treating the root cause – not just the symptoms – of dysfunction. Her goal is to support clients through their healing journey, whether they are managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, or addressing postural imbalances.

In her role as an Exercise Therapist, Kavitha designs customized movement programs that promote recovery, build strength, and prevent future injury. With her strong foundation in rehabilitation principles, she works closely with patients and the Physiotherapy team to help clients regain mobility, function, and confidence.
Kavitha’s international experience, warm personality, and clinical skill make her a valued member of the Physiocare Rimbey team. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and twin children and continues to pursue ongoing education in manual therapy and health sciences.
